To ensure peace of mind and satisfaction with your purchase, we are proud to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all HIITWAY eBikes. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that you can enjoy your ride worry-free. Below, you'll find detailed information on the warranty coverage and claims process.
Limited Warranty Coverage
HIITWAY offers a 1-year warranty for the original purchaser on all HIITWAY eBike models from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all components against defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to the breakdown below for specific details on covered components and conditions:

Normal Wear & Tear: Including damage to tires, brake pads, grips, cables, chains, and any other consumables.

Damage from Misuse or Accidents: Includes damage caused by impact, falls, improper riding conditions, or accidents.

Water Damage: Damage caused by exposure to rain, water, or submerging the e-bike.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any damage caused by installing non-original parts or modifications.

Failure to Follow Maintenance Instructions: Damage resulting from improper maintenance or failure to follow the provided user manual.
What Will HIITWAY Do?
If a covered part is deemed defective due to manufacturing issues, we will replace or repair the defective part. If the bike cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of attempts, we will provide a replacement bike or component.
What Will HIITWAY Not Cover?

User-caused Damage: Any issues resulting from accidents, abuse, or improper assembly.

Non-Original Parts: Damage from parts not originally installed by HIITWAY.

Shipping Damage: If shipping damage occurs, please report within 14 days of receiving the bike.

Third-Party Services: We will not cover repair or part replacement costs by third-party service providers unless pre-approved.

International Claims: This warranty is only applicable within the country of purchase. Any claims made outside the original purchase country will not be covered under this warranty.
Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact BiKE ECO with the following details:

Shipping Damage Claims
We encourage customers to inspect their e-bike upon arrival. If shipping damage is found, please:

Provide us with the details of the shipping company and tracking number.
We will assist you with claims for shipping damage in a timely manner, ensuring your bike gets repaired or replaced promptly.
Exclusions
The HIITWAY eBike warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover:

Normal Wear & Tear: Including wear on the tires, brakes, cables, and other consumables.

Accidental Damage or Abuse: The warranty does not apply to bikes that have been damaged in accidents or through neglect.

Improper Use: This includes riding in extreme conditions, jumping, stunt riding, or using the bike for commercial purposes.

Alterations and Modifications: Any changes made to the bike that are not in line with the manufacturer’s specifications will void the warranty.

Maintenance Issues: Failure to properly maintain the e-bike can result in the voiding of the warranty.
Limitation of Liability
The sole remedy under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. In no event will HIITWAY be liable for any consequential damages, including personal injury or property damage, arising from the use of the e-bike. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.
Governing Law
This warranty and any related claims will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
