BEZIOR eBike Warranty Information

At BiKE ECO, we take pride in offering high-quality eBikes from renowned brands like BEZIOR. Our goal is to provide a smooth and enjoyable riding experience, and we support this with a solid warranty on all BEZIOR eBike products.

1. Warranty Coverage

BEZIOR provides a limited warranty on the following eBike components, starting from the original date of purchase:

  • Structural Parts:

    • Frame: Covered for 36 months against defects in material or workmanship, including issues such as cracking or structural failure under normal use.

    • Front Fork: Covered for 24 months against manufacturing defects.

    • Handlebar, Stem, Seat Tube: Covered for 24 months under normal riding conditions.

  • Electrical Parts:

    • Motor: Covered for 24 months against issues such as motor failure, overheating, and other manufacturing defects.

    • Battery: Covered for 24 months against defects like charging or discharging issues, as well as significant loss of capacity.

    • Controller, Charger, Display, and Other Electrical Components: Each covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects.

  • Wearing Parts:

    • Items like pedals, tires, saddles, grips, and fenders are considered wear and tear parts and are not covered by warranty.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Please note that BEZIOR’s warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, including accidents, unauthorized modifications, or riding in harsh conditions.

  • Normal wear and tear on consumable parts such as tires, brake pads, chains, and batteries beyond the stated warranty period.

  • Damage due to improper maintenance or use of non-original BEZIOR parts.

  • Water damage or exposure to extreme weather conditions not covered under the warranty.

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim for your BEZIOR eBike, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Support Team at support@bikeeco.com with the following information:

    • Your proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

    • A description of the issue (including clear photos or videos of the problem).

    • Your shipping address and contact information.

  2. Assessment: Our team will review the provided information and, if necessary, provide instructions on the next steps, which may include repair, replacement of parts, or a technical consultation.

  3. Resolution: Depending on the evaluation, BEZIOR may either repair the defective part or replace it with a new one. In cases where the issue cannot be resolved, we will work with you to find the best solution.

4. Additional Information

  • Paid Maintenance Services: BEZIOR offers paid technical support for issues caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or damage outside of the warranty coverage.

  • Authorized Service Centers: For in-depth repairs, please visit an authorized BEZIOR service center or contact our support team for guidance.

  • Keep Your eBike in Top Condition: To maintain your warranty, ensure that your BEZIOR eBike is regularly serviced and always use genuine BEZIOR replacement parts.

5. Legal Disclaimer

  • This warranty is only valid for the original owner and is non-transferable.

  • BEZIOR is not responsible for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the eBike, including personal injury or property damage.

  • The warranty terms and conditions may vary based on the country of purchase, and any claims outside the original country of purchase may be subject to additional charges or restrictions.
